You pick the movie, and we make sure it plays. The projector works like a smart TV, with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube and other apps built in, so you just sign in to your own account. Backyard Wi-Fi is often weaker than inside the house, so walk out with your phone and check the signal before the party. If it's spotty, bring a DVD or Blu-ray as a backup and we'll bring the player. Our player supports DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray discs.

Less than most people think, and small backyards are very normal for us. Send us a few photos of the area taken from a few steps back, and we'll tell you honestly what fits. Grass, patios, decks and artificial turf all work.

Extra bean bags are $40 each, up to 30 in total. Booking holds your date, not your guest list, so you can add or remove bean bags until your balance is due, 7 days before the party.

Setup takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, so we usually arrive around 2 hours before your guests. Someone should be there to let us in and show us the spot, and then you're free. The setup is yours all evening, and we come back the next morning, usually around 9am. You don't need to be home for pickup as long as we can reach the yard.

The picture looks best about 20 to 30 minutes after sunset. If you have young kids, you can start earlier. The picture will be a little softer while there's still daylight and gets richer as it gets dark. We'll let you know the sunset time for your date.

Our equipment is electronic, so we don't set up in the rain. If the forecast looks bad, we'll reach out and make the call together, and we'll move your party to a new date at no charge. Your deposit moves with you.

The Short Answer: No, we set the stage, and you host the party.
The Details: Think of us as your magical roadies. We arrive, set up the entire village, style the interiors, and ensure all tech is working perfectly. Once we hand over the "keys" (and the popcorn!), we leave so you can enjoy your private family time. We return the next morning at 11:00 AM to pack everything up.

No. Sound is built into the projector and fills a backyard easily. We test the volume during setup and show you how to use the remote before we leave, and we're a phone call away during your event.
